Resumo: The implementation of quality in the management of a city?s cultural heritage favours the configuration of a new competitive offer in these spaces, which respond to the actual trends of demand. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate, by analysing the management of the exhibition «Salzillo: Witness to a century», how the cultural heritage is transformed from an artistic resource to a successful and competitive tourist product.
