Resumo: Quality indicators in tourism companies and organizations cover various aspects. One of those that is increasingly growing is the use of inclusive language, which denotes good practices. The main objective of this research is to analyze inclusive language in the tourist information of Barcelona through the different sections of the website of Turisme de Barcelona, a public organization that projects the image of the city as a tourist destination. Likewise, the aim is to inform on what types of inclusive language elements are applied in the aforementioned website and to show that it is convenient to use this type of language. The methodology used in this case study is qualitative, based on the creation of a checklist and content analysis. The results obtained show that in the tourist information on the Turisme de Barcelona website, inclusive language is practically non-existent. It is concluded that there is a need to intensify the efforts of the website in terms of inclusiveness.
