Resumo: The study presents an analysis and diagnosis made to the tourist destination of Acapulco and some surrounding areas. The objective of the research is to assess ideas and concepts, as a means to complement and strengthen the existing tourist offer. Based on a rapid assessment for the area of ??influence of Acapulco, with particular emphasis on the regions of Pie de la Cuesta, Laguna de Coyuca, Laguna de Tres Palos and Isla de La Roqueta, in order to identify, evaluate and define the actions to follow and the detonating projects with the greatest impact in the short and medium term. To search for strategies that position the Acapulco tourist destination strongly as an Adventure and Nature destination.
