Resumo: Mobile technologies are tools used by the contemporary tourist from the planning of the trip, their ease of use and integration of various functions for consultation, interaction, mobility and purchase of services specify the importance of mobile technology. The objective of the research analyzes the level of correlation that associates the technology used by the mobile tourist visiting Tijuana, B. C., with the satisfaction of travel, in which the hypothesis: is broken down the tourist uses technology to 1) anticipate the experience and review the conditions of the destination; 2) interact with the destination to make their stay efficient and confirm the quality of services; 3) share experiences and externalize the fulfillment of their expectations, these variables are associated with the satisfaction of the trip. The method used is quantitative, the questionnaire technique applied to 600 tourists at the destination was used. Using the multiple regression statistical technique, a mean correlation was obtained that associates the use of technologies used by the mobile tourist with the dependent travel satisfaction variable. The ease of use of the various applications currently available in mobile technologies, including smartphones, allows travelers to achieve better travel organization, interact with the services of the destination to make better decisions according to the convenience of the moment, at the same time share during and at the end of the trip the experience obtained between their social circle, these actions have become a common behavior in the digital transformation of tourism.
