Resumo: The Tierra de Campos, area located in the northwest part of the province of Valladolid, has an unknown heritage wealth located in many cases, in small towns near the capital of the province. The objective of this research is to analyze the communication and accessibility of museums of great tourist interest that, located in five small towns with less than 1000 inhabitants, do not manage to have a recognized place among the rest. Thanks to the visit and contact with several Mayors and City Council Secretaries of the towns under study, a descriptive and analytical study was obtained of the context of its accessibility for tourists and of the communicative signage in which several institutional agents intervene. The results do not leave anyone indifferent, as they confirm that there is a clear lack of coordination between managers and public institutions that work together in the communication and location of these museums of great heritage value in the area.
