Resumo: The economic impact of collaborative consumption on tourism markets is accompanied by a transformation of work that positions it as a potential source of employment in the coming years. The extension of this business model in the tourism sector will undoubtedly affect all the activities that fall within it: hospitality, collective catering, travel agencies, leisure activities, etc.
We will analyze in our study the keys of this new business model and the implications that must have in the employment in the tourism sector, as well as the challenges that the workers must face in order to be able to choose to be inserted in a labour market Characterized by its flexibility and the demand for new skills and professional profiles.
