Resumo: The aim of this paper is to deal with the problems that the recent regulation of the private houses for tourist uses implies. Thus, starts with a brief reference to the so-called ?collaborative consumption? and P2P platforms, to be focused on the problems of the current regulation of this question in Andalucía. In addition, considers the latest jurisprudence in this regard.
