Resumo: This article will attempt to raise a methodological-epistemological position that allows the construction of tourism research. It is therefore a theoretical methodology that has been used as the literature review and own interpretation on certain concepts. As a result it takes a constructivist position -of the complex thought paradigm- presents an interpretation based on crossing a field of analysis T.E.M.A -time, space, motivations and activities- and the five dimensions most significant tourism phenomenon in terms of its actors -tourists, community workers, entrepeneur and government-.
