Resumo: The development of information and communication technologies (ICT), as Internet, has created new ways for the distribution of tourism products. This situation is bringing changes in the tourism distribution system that may affect its structure. Thus, this study aims to test the existence of these changes in the Spanish tourist system from the perspective of firms involved in the system. The results show a current adjustment in the system that affects the positions and confirms the consumer as a key element in production processes and distribution sector.
