Resumo: It has been fifteen years since the declaration of Cuenca as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, a moment to value the impact that such distinction has made in the protection of its heritage, rehabilitation and recovery that the Upper Old Town and its Narrow Passes requested, in the intervention to the increase of its features of identity as a landscape-town and whether has achieved enough appeal in order to consolidate as a touristic destination with achievements in development, well-being and quality of life of its inhabitants.
