Resumo: José Luis Andrés Sarasa and his team of researchers from the University of Murcia did an excellent structural analysis of the wine production in the Region of Murcia, in the framework of the Project «Filières Innovantes» (2002-2005). The topics of space and time, and the typology of producers, from the savoir-faire point of view have been carefully studied and presented. Our contribution to that study consisted of a chapter about the wine tourism that was not treated previously due to the lack of time.
