Resumo: Even though tourists may perfectly benefit from the legal protection provided by, the legal framework for all consumers it is convenient, not to say essential, to establish specific measures for their protection. Thus, the present paper aims to analyse the core aspects of the «forfait» contract legal regime as it is conceived after being interpreted in the context of the adapted «texto refundido».
