Resumo: Nowadays, Cocodrilo is identified as a coastal Village located within the protected area in the southern part of the Isle of Youth. The Town taken as a studying ground, which morphologically reveals a narrow and large shape, has a superficial extension of 32.66 ha, with a south-northeast long axis of 1.7 Km, and a range from 200 or 400 m width. In this town is carried along the fishing and the forestall activities as the main economical support. Then, considering the precisely population motivation and the distribution sketch approval for tourism in the archipelago «Los Canarreos», it is recommended through an architectonic, urban, and eco-socio-cultural conceptual design, the possibility of introducing a responsible tourism with the environment, which starts with the settlement rearrangement to conceive it as a Touristic Town; so as the zone conserves an important potential for developing a new and exclusive touristic product oriented to nature, nautical and cultural deeds. The diagnosis results led to propose solutions aimed to the principal environmental problems, by means of ecological technology; and also applying bioclimatic, and bioenvironmental architecture principles. Besides, pacing on the participating local progress, they bring up an integrated proposal community project into a Village with potentialities for developing into a mixingtourism community handling. All The Touristic Town Concept will contribute to encourage the town population and visitors to the understanding, responsible care, and conservation of the natural, social, and constructed environment, foreseen for the local development.
