Resumo: The search for information is a key element when choosing a tourist destination, which means that the dissemination of tourist information through the Internet is one of the main objectives pursued by destinations to try to attract demand to their territory. This study has analyzed the way in which the municipalities of Mallorca offer tourist information through the Internet. The results obtained show that even though tourism is the main economic engine of the island, most of the municipalities perform poorly in terms of providing online tourist information.
