Resumo: Within the doctoral degree in Tourism Leisure and Culture at Arts Faculty of Coimbra University, was conducted this study, which consists of a survey of two areas belonging to the Bengo province and in terms of geologically view, culturally, economic and tourism, can be transformed into Geopark. In this study, we mean to explain the need to inventory, study and promote the dissemination of this heritage and can be enjoyed by an ever wider audience, through environmental education activities and nature tourism. The two areas mentioned above are part of the sedimentary basin of Kwanza, one of the largest and most explored sedimentary basin of Angola, and has natural limits to north virtual line eight degrees south latitude, South virtual line thirteen degrees latitude south to the east by basement shell Angola and west by the Atlantic Ocean.
