Resumo: The concept of Accessible Tourism or Tourism for All provides access to tourist facilities and services and the provision of services and activities geared to the tastes and preferences of people with disabilities or with different needs and demands from other segments. That is, any citizen with reduced mobility should be able to access what is available to any other tourist, safely, without having to resort to specific services. Most of the obstacles that people with disabilities face in their tourist activities result from a lack of knowledge of their specific needs and also from the devaluation of their potential as a tourist segment. In this article, we intend to analyze the main aspects of the accessibility of tourism services for people with reduced mobility and the role of different actors in eliminating the existing barriers, using as a case study, the municipality of Lousã.
