Resumo: Brazil is going through another important social and political problem. With a young contemporary democracy that succeeded a military dictatorship (1964-1985), inserted in the post-Cold War context that marked the history of that period in Latin America, changes in Brazilian legal and political structure, starting in 2014, culminated in the second impediment of a leader of the Republic of the post-dictatorial period. The country has a pluralistic democracy that functions normally, as do the constituted powers, the free press and other institutions
