Resumo: The main aim of this article was to propose a system of analysis for tourist activities based on organizational, temporal and spatial dimensions of geographical networks. Methodologically, a bibliographical analysis was employed. It highlighted the understanding of networks in geographical science and networks as organizational structures for tourist activities. Whereas tourism creates networks of material and immaterial dimensions which involve different segments, geographical network structures provide a relational and integrated understanding of the main elements that constitute the network of the tourist sector contributing in this sense to a more efficient planning of tourist activities.
