Resumo: This article aims at setting out the general framework of one research, in which we have involved in order to know the motivations of visitors to the smoked products exhibition in Vinhais, beyond those that are clearly related to it, as well as understand whether the factors of authenticity and quality have an impact on their attractiveness to the region. These purposes, with the development of the research, have been confirmed.
