Resumo: Objective: Analyze, observe, create, propose, design and implement an international model management and marketing that promotes the recruitment, organization and development of congresses and conventions to optimize the tourism resources of the Office Convention in Mexico from the investigation of role model Tourism planning meetings in Congress and Convention of the City of Vienna, Austria.
