Resumo: Given the importance of time as a category of analysis in the field of organizations, the objective of the study was to analyze the temporal perceptions of Brazilian young workers. The study is guided in the five time dimensions submitted by Bluedorn and Jaussi (2007), namely: policronicidade, speed, punctuality, temporal depth and entrainment. The field work consisted of a descriptive case study, with quantitative approach, with data collection conducted using a structured, closed and self applicable questionnaire, the Time Perceptions Scale, TPS, de Paiva, Dutra, Santos and Barros (2013). The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate statistics. A monochromic, slow, punctual, with past temporal depth behavior predominate among young workers. Respondents are considered highly entrained temporally from various perspectives, highlighting the entrainment by synchrony, followed by entrainment by leadership and conduction. From the results, contributions and limitations of the study presented, new possibilities for future research were suggested.
