Resumo: To develop tourism in an inclusive way for the host community and the visitor should be considered safe access and autonomous from both actors. The present article has the objective to analyze the accessibility of the physical infrastructure for tourists with reduced mobility and disabled who visit the Ethnographic Museum - Casa dos Açores (National Historical and Artistic Heritage) in town Biguaçu/SC, Brazil. Thus, one wonders how the museum that presents itself as a means of communication to this audience. Therefore, a bibliographical and documentary research was conducted on the themes: cultural tourism, historical and artistic heritage, museums and accessibility. Then, there was a technical site visit in order to see how the current situation is this museum, referring to access to this target audience. It was noted that the physical infrastructure is in good condition, but noted a number of deficiencies and to meet the diverse needs of the target audience in question. Thus, it is concluded that interventions should be made in infrastructure in order to provide this public greater access to this space, culture and information.
