Resumo: The economic, commercial, business and labor environment is changing day by day, an environment of concern and uncertainty afflicts companies in how to ensure that their resources are as efficient and appropriate for this moment of change, whether or not they are aware of how they manage their organizations, will obtain the results that face and overcome the problem of stabilizing their companies. This article tries to show in a clear and detailed way the evolution of the theories of the Administration, the characteristics of impact on its development, its contributions and if it is valid at the present time.
