Resumo: The tourism sector has become the engine of the Spanish economy and, specifically, cultural tourism, the alternative to sun and beach tourism on the coast, the mainstay of inland cities. In the case of Zamora, this impact is preceded by the forms of management of the different attractions that mark the tourist flows throughout the year. The interviews with qualified personnel from different sectors, as well as the collection of bibliography and data, make it possible to articulate a discourse based on the importance of good heritage and tourism management to make it closer to sustainable, both for the tourist and for the resident.
