Resumo: This work seeks to answer the following question: ¿has the behavior of religious tourists changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic? To answer it, a survey was applied to religious tourists who visit the sanctuary of San Juan de los Lagos, with the intention of knowing their behavior and the perception they have of the services offered in the population.
The results of the survey were compared with those obtained from the application of the same survey a few years earlier, in order to identify the changes or, where appropriate, the continuity of the destinations of origin, consumption and places visited by tourists.
