Resumo: Becle S.A.B. OF C.V. is the organization known as Casa Cuervo, with more than 250 years in the market, dedicated to the production and marketing of tequila and other alcoholic beverages with brands positioned worldwide. The objective of the research is to analyze the leadership of this company in tourism. An analytical descriptive methodology was used to study the phenomenon under study through secondary sources such as articles, websites and documents related to the subject. In conclusion, the leadership of the company as the main producer of tequila worldwide with its tourist positioning in the market has caused a greater influx of tourism and job creation in Mexico.
