Resumo: In times of pandemic by covid-19, with the shortage of vaccines to counteract the virus in some countries of the world, and a high concentration of these in others, this situation caused people to move from one place to another, increasing the tourism in different parts of the world, undertaking a new way of doing business: vaccination tourism. This phenomenon has caused trips to countries like the US, Russia, Serbia, Maldives, Cuba, among others, to triple. The objective of the research is to analyze the entrepreneurship of this type of tourism to acquire an intangible product: health, and with it strategies to reactivate it. Documentary research and interviews with tourists were carried out. As a result, actions were observed to increase flights, accommodation in countries that offer health, reactivating their economy as well as the creation of a new type of health tourism.
