Resumo: This article is about the tensions and conflicts that emerge in the domestic groups of the Tziscao community with the development of ecotourism. It is analyzed from three dimensions of the space: appropriation, practices and uses and representations, in these dimensions the functions and relationships that the domestic group establishes after its insertion in the activity are recognized; social interactions are also identified and analyzed based on the new roles played. The results of the research show that ecotourism amplifies the network of relationships and interactions generated, the economic interest and the level of participation and involvement of local and external actors in the spaces, as well as fragmentation in the relationships which leads to tensions and conflicts between domestic groups. However, there are negotiation and participation processes where the ejido Assembly acquires a new role to resolve conflicts derived from ecotourism. The results obtained are based on field work carried out using qualitative methodology.
