Resumo: The aim of this article is to quantify, typify and locate tourist rental accommodation in the World Heritage Sites of Castilla-La Mancha. The methodology used has focused on the search of bibliography; the analysis and interpretation of data obtained from statistical and documentary sources; territorial analysis; fieldwork; and the use of the local press. The results obtained confirm the starting hypothesis that the offer of flats and dwellings for tourist use in the cities analysed has grown exponentially over the last decade.
