Religious diversity is currently a component of Mexican identity and religious tourism a focus of study and an economic activity in force in the era of globalization. The objective of this work is to know the infrastructure and impact of religious tourism in Chiapas Mexico. This research uses a qualitative approach with a non-experimental, descriptive nature, with the management of secondary sources. Methods: analytical and historical methods were applied. Results: the network of Catholic churches in the state of Chiapas is presented, as well as
religious festivals and celebrations.
