Abstract: this study aimed to investigate how hotel management students enrolled in internships view practical learning in this pandemic context. The research showed how this reality has been faced by students, and from their speeches it was also possible to identify the weaknesses of the process of learning and teaching in the pandemic period, especially in the internship that is in its essence a practical component and that before it was required to be done in person.
