Marriott Internacional is currently the largest hotel chain worldwide, with 30 brands and more than 7,000 hotels in 132 countries (Marriott International, 2019) with a long history of hospitality in the hotel industry for the first time exceeding more than 1 million rooms (Hosteltur25, 2019), which in the ranking of hotels, places it at the top of the hotel industry. The objective of the investigation is to analyze the social responsibility actions of said chain from 1927, since in this industry, the owners have worried about the repercussions of the hotels in the environment and society in general. A descriptive longitudinal type methodology was carried out through secondary sources such as articles, news, consultation on websites, etc.. As a result, the chain's actions in social responsibility material such as environmental care, inclusion, human rights were observed values with which this organization is involved with society with the realization of activities in favor of continuous improvement.
