Resumo: The population of the elderly continues to grow worldwide; It is expected that by 2050, it will exceed 9 billion senior citizens. Due to the importance of the population, it is necessary to implement new techniques and strategies, a true pleasant stay. The market segment is generally made up of retired people. Therefore, the presence in any season of the year is dynamic. For tourism strategists, one more challenge to face is the characteristics of the elderly, because they must adapt their stay according to physical, psychological, and social conditions. Following global aging, people in full will have an eminent space in the consumption of the tourism sector. The objective is to know which of the continents are more advanced in giving tourists in fullness, a true well-being during their trips, stays and public safety. The type of design that was used is not experimental, it will analyze a set of variables and situational data at a given time. It should be noted that one of the countries most visited by tourists from around the world is France, followed by Spain. As for retirees, this group with tourism experience makes decisions to decide where to go on adventures. In Mexico, the visits of tourists of more than 60 years, have concentrated in several states, since the providers of services in these destinations have been concerned in promoting special discounts in infrastructure suitable for their needs.
