Resumo: During the last years, tourism impacts in a positive way the economic increase in Colombia. Nevertheless, this dynamic growing hasn´t impact CSR actions in hospitality organizations.
Right now, this situation happens because exist diversity regulations in hospitality CSR. Thus, this text permits reflect about that topic in Colombia making a description in the main regulation initiatives and doing a critical analyses trough organizations speeches, taking as reference the radical humanism approach proposed by HEC Montreal. It’s based in qualitative methodology, originated in documents review and subsequently use of techniques such as depth interviews and content analysis
Finally, as results this study shows a social relationship under construction around the hospitality CSR in Colombia, as well as, an absence of specialized initiatives that could be adapted to the local reality and allow develop autonomy in organizations to impacts positively social actors
