Resumo: The segmentation of tourists visiting a destination is basic for the development of tourism policies. The objective of this paper is to present a segmentation, based on the declared income of visitors, of foreign tourists who visit the Sal island and who use the all-inclusive system.          The methodology used in this research consisted in conducting a fieldwork consisting of conducting surveys. The main results of this research focus on the existence of three groups or conglomerates of tourists clearly differences. Also, this research also concludes that different groups of tourists make a different assessment of the attributes of the destination.
